Weekly blog starting in August 2025

Starting in August 2025 I will be posting weekly blog with tips, tricks and life updates around mental health and anxiety specifically. This can be a place where you can read all about what is happening in the mental health world as well as tips and tricks to help you in daily life. I am hoping to bring previously taboo topics to the surface and talk about experiences that may sometimes feel isolating and scary but in reality, you’re not alone.
